Founded in São Paulo in 1974, Mylner had as initial objective to produce and to commercialize flavors (essences) destined to food industries. In 1988, under the existing corporate administration, Mylner carried through an extensive administrative reorganization and a revaluation of its production line in order to fit in with the food market demands.
At that time was evidenced to be necessary to enlarge its working power to meet with the requirements of several segments of the food market. It was initialized then the construction of a new and modern plant in the municipal district of Porto Feliz (SP) to increase the production of Malt Extract and ingredients for bakery/bread-making, among others.
Those investments enabled Mylner to elevate the sales in the local food market, as well as to increase the exports to the countries of Latin America and Europe, achieving the planned objectives.
On February 2005, the construction of the second building was concluded in the industrial unit of Porto Feliz (SP), where all the production of flavors was allocated, previously accomplished in São Paulo.
In July of the same year, Mylner changed its administrative office to a new address in the city of São Paulo, counting on better technological infrastructure, in order to serve better its customers, partners and suppliers.
Structure
Mylner became then a company well organized, with modern productive units, trained sales teams and representatives in almost all the states of Brazil, which take charge of commercializing a diversified line of products in the most several segments of the industry, distributors, commerce, bakeries and candy shops.
Always concerned with the quality assurance of its products, Mylner initially set up a laboratory in a unit separated from its plants for quality control, application, creation and development of new products. With the expansion of Porto Feliz (SP) unit in 2005, new laboratories were built, what sensibly increased the capacity of our technical area.
Mylner assists small, medium and big companies and has as one of its remarkable characteristics to develop products that fulfill the needs, characteristics and specifications of each customer and their final products.
Future
Mylner has within its objectives the extension of its market share in the national market, as well as the exports, and the conquest of new markets. To reach these targets, Mylner is investing in the enlargement of its industrial capacity with the acquisition of new and modern equipment, developing new products and constantly qualifying the employees.
